HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
BAUBLE TOWN is approximately 50mins, with no interval.
WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR?
BAUBLE TOWN is a family show most suitable for children aged 4+, however many younger children enjoy the music, sound, puppets and silliness.

We have created an access guide, with a plot summary (including spoilers), for those wanting to know more about the content of the story before attending.

​DO ADULTS NEED TO BUY TICKETS?
Every member of your party will need to purchase a ticket, however babes-in-arms are welcome for free. All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW START?
Start times vary, but are listed on the show pages, as well as the ticket booking pages. Please check your tickets after purchase if you have any doubts.
WHEN DO THE DOORS OPEN?
Doors open 15 minutes before the advertised start time. Please make sure you arrive at the venue in good time for the performance, so you can get comfortable for the show. Seating is unreserved and we kindly ask that you fill the venue from the front.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
As we are touring to many venues around the East Riding and to the POP-UP SPACE. Please check with your individual venues for more information about parking.
CAN I BUY TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
No, tickets should be purchased before the event at https://www.ticketsource.co.uk/she-productions

ARE THERE REFRESHMENTS?
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that each library venue will have refreshments available for purchase. We recommend bringing your own should you require them.

DO WE HAVE SPECIFIC SEATS?
No, our seating is unreserved. There is no restricted view seating in each venue – all audience members will be able to see the performers. We encourage children to be seated on the floor for the best experience and there will be chairs for adults and any children who need them.
DO YOU HAVE ANY BOOSTER SEATS?
Sadly not, but you are welcome to bring a cushion or your own.
DOES THE VENUE HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
Yes, there is level access at each venue.

DO YOU SELL FAMILY TICKETS?
We do not have a family ticket, instead keeping prices across all tickets as low as possible.
CAN I STORE MY BUGGIE OR PRAM?
Yes, however limited space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. ​
IS THERE A BREAKOUT AREA?
There is a quieter space at each venue, however we can’t guarantee that this will be a separate room.
IS THERE A RELAXED PERFORMANCE?
All of our performances are relaxed, at each venue there will be a quieter space for people tp use. We do have a limited number of ear defenders to borrow. All of our performances are relaxed in so far as noise and movement are welcome in the audience throughout.

IS THERE A GUIDE OF WHAT TO EXPECT?
You can download a pre-show access guide from our website, this will also be sent to ticket holders before the show. It explains a bit more about what to expect on your trip to see Bauble Town.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T ATTEND?
If you or a member of your party are unable to attend the performance, tickets can be exchanged for an alternative date of the same show (if available) providing you have contacted us more than 24hrs before the show.

If there are no other available performances we can attempt to sell on your tickets, provided we have 24hrs notice. Our own unsold tickets will take priority. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be refunded minus an admin fee.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SHOW IS CANCELLED?
If the performance is cancelled, customers will be entitled to a full refund, minus their ticket admin fee, and tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. See our terms and conditions for more details.
