Rachel Barnes

Rachel studied at the University of Hull and trained with the National Youth Theatre.


She is one of the founding members of She Productions and has appeared in many of their shows including Mrs. Noah (Trinity Square, Hull), White Rabbit in Easterland (Beverley Racecourse), Let’s Do It, The Lightless Pumpkin (Flemingate, Beverley), Miss Cast, The StorytEllas The Three Kingdoms and Vagina Monologues (East Riding Theatre).

Other theatre credits include: A Christmas Carol, Sparrow (East Riding Theatre), and Under Milk Wood (dir. Richard Avery). As well as performing, Rachel co-writes, composes and arranges music for She Productions and enjoys playing a variety of instruments. She also works as a freelance music teacher and fitness instructor.
