Hannah Levy
Hannah is the creator of the hit YouTube channel and Podcast Storytime with Hannah and Patrick, where she collaborates with children's authors, publishers, library services, and arts organisations to bring children’s books to life through engaging storytelling videos and audio recordings. Alongside her co-host, Patrick the Sausage Dog, Hannah creates a safe space that combines humour, creativity, and a love for reading, igniting a passion for literature in children and families worldwide. Whether through her YouTube channel, podcast episodes, or appearances at festivals and events, Storytime with Hannah and Patrick promotes the power of reading for pleasure.
Hannah read Drama at The University of Manchester and her theatre credits include Lucy/Bernice/Mrs Pearce in Confusions, Toad in Toad on the Wolds, multi-roles in Under Milk Wood and A Dickens of a Christmas (East Riding Theatre - ERT), Peach in a rehearsed reading of Daffodils (Stephen Joseph Theatre), Mary Elwell in Paint The Town Fred (ERT/Ferens), Mum & Cook in Frost Hollow Hall (ERT), Hilary in The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband (ERT), Winnie in Happy Days (Hull Truck), Jane in Nettles (Contact Theatre), Helen in No Wonder (Manchester Library Theatre).
Hannah was a founding member of She Productions and her credits include Pea in The StorytEllas, Betsy in It's Different for Girls, Hannah in Beverley Does Broadway, Ray in The Lightless Pumpkin, and Lemon in The Three Kingdoms. In 2020 Hannah became a Trustee of the organisation and in 2022, Hannah was appointed Chair of the Board. In 2024 Hannah completed her three-year term on the Board and is now a proud Associate Artist of She Productions.
