The Finding Your Voice Programme is designed to build confidence, communication, social and creative skills. Commissioned by East Riding Council’s Adult Learning and Employability team who wanted to work with She Productions to develop an innovative approach to employability training, the programme is now in its 8th year of delivery (2018 - 2025).

This programme is designed to explore acting and other creative expressions, to develop and build confidence, public speaking skills, and trust, whilst challenging social expectations and commending courage.
