Hello, I'm Eva. I'm about to go into my final year at Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, I'm training in Acting (Screen and Digital Media). I get to do a bit of everything, from acting and writing, to producing short films. I enjoy writing and I have had a number of my pieces performed. I'm really excited to be working with SHE and I can always be found wandering around with a cup of tea and I love a bit of Victoria Wood, so please come and chat to me all about her!

Beverley Does Broadway is going to be extra special this year with some amazing local talent joining us on various nights for "Curtain Raiser" performances before the show.

What is a Curtain Raiser?

‘A curtain raiser is a short performance, stage act, show, actor or performer that opens a show for the main attraction. The term is derived from the act of raising the stage curtain. The first person on stage has "raised the curtain".
